I finished the leftover Thai curry pork from Monday. Lucky had his company's holiday reception in the city. I WAS going to subtract a few bucks from our budget because of that but considering that he had an allergic reaction to the first bite he took and didn't eat anything else... (PS He's ok now).
When I started this, I didn't go with a plan. I knew I was going to use some stuff we already had on hand but on the whole, I didn't know what I was going to have until I got to the supermarket. But if I were really on SNAP, I certainly would have to plan better.
