Yes, it's another food blog. Is there really a need? Probably not. Let's just call it what it is. A vanity project. A way of remembering where I've been, what I've tasted (but just the good stuff).
Anyways, here's my first post; and since I promised to start it off with a bang... here's this little story about a Jersey bakery.
